- You have 30 days to initiate your return.

Return process
Did you receive your package and you want to return some or all items for any reason? No drama! Contact us at info@edith-jewellery.com within 30 days to initiate the return.
First of all, please understand that the items must be in a certain condition - most notably we are not a place from where you rent stuff, so you can try it on and that's pretty much it. No sign of use, no damage, original tags still attached.

to initiate the return. If you send the package without talking us first, you might have as well shipped it to the outback - we'll have no clue what it is and probably just toss it.

Refunds
When we indeed receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. Then you can crack a cold one (or several, in fact), because it may take us up to 14 days to process and return your money. You'll see it on the same payment instrument you used when you placed your order.

Returns for Change of Mind
If you need to return an item because of a change of mind or an order error, please be aware that you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you're fully satisfied with your selections.

Wrong / damaged items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please reach out to arrange the return and ensure you receive the correct item.

Home delivery refused/not picked up by the post office:
If you refuse the package at the door or do not collect it from the post office, your package will automatically be returned to the carrier and we have the right to deduct 15% from the amount you receive back.
